  Last year's fringe tops are still on trend this year. So, why not pair a fringe top with this spring's satin midi skirt? What's really fanastic about having fringe over a pastel colored satin skirt is, the fringe will cover up the only unflattering effect of the satin skirt - the illusion of a tummy. Believe it or not, even if you have an absolutely flat ab like mine, a light colored satin skirt may make it seem fleshier than it actually is. This is a problem fringe can easily solve.
